Services / Integrations and automation

Let the systems do the handoffs.

Connect the tools you already rely on. Replace repeated typing and fragile exports with a process people can see and trust.

Does this sound familiar?

A good fit when…

  • People copy the same information between systems
  • Imports and exports have become someone’s full-time job
  • A failed sync is discovered by a customer

From the problem to the handover

What we’ll build.
What you’ll keep.

The same information is typed into three systems, files are exported and re-imported by hand, and when a sync quietly fails nobody notices until a customer does.

  1. 01 / Deliverable

Integrations between the tools the business already uses

  2. 02 / Deliverable

Imports that bring spreadsheets and old exports in without losing a row

  3. 03 / Deliverable

Scheduled jobs and pipelines with retries and alerts

  4. 04 / Deliverable

Validation at each boundary, so bad data is caught before it spreads

  5. 05 / Deliverable

Forms and approvals that route work to the right person

How we get there

  1. 01

List every system involved and every place where a person moves data between them by hand.

  2. 02

Connect the systems through their APIs or a pipeline, validating each record where it crosses over.

  3. 03

Make failures visible with retries, alerts and a log someone can read.

  4. 04

Retire the manual step once the automated one has proved itself.

Before we start

A few useful answers.

Bring the systems involved and one manual handoff. We’ll map the records, exceptions, and what a safe automated version needs to do.

More about working together ↗
Which systems can Aternex connect?

Anything with an API, a database or a file export. Past work includes REST APIs in .NET and Node.js, healthcare HL7 records, payment gateways, and cloud functions on Azure and AWS.

What happens when an integration fails?

It says so. Each job retries what can safely be retried, raises an alert for what cannot, and records the failure where someone will see it, so a broken sync gets noticed while it is still small.

How much manual work can automation remove?

It depends on the process. One outbound call list that six people keyed by hand over seven days now loads in under five minutes, and those six moved to making the calls.

A conversation is a good place to start

Let’s talk integrations and automation.
